We will have some spares with us but please bring what you need for a 6 day trip. You will also need a rear light as we will be going throught tunnels in the second half of the trip. Please bring 2 water bottles.
We recommend you bring 6 full cycling kits and extra layers for the descents, even in summer these descents can get very cold.
A cycle helmet in perfect condition is obligatory. You will not be able to leave if you don’t have one. We also recommend automatic cycling shoes and pedals.
